After several years of people asking us if we have a campsite when they come to the Pottery, and saying how lucky we are to have somewhere so special.
We decided to open for camping last year just for the summer Holidays, so we could share our little corner of South West Heaven with a few like minded people. If you are looking for, log fires,birds song (including the resident owls!) children playing and getting back to nature. We even have a No Music policy in place. But we are more than happy to hear a few songs and the odd acoustic guitar around the campfires, then this is the place for you.

We want you to feel like your close to nature, so YOU WONT BE SQUASHED IN ! with all pitches private an cut out of the long grass, set in the bottom field it really does feel like you are in the middle of knowhere!, with amazing views of the countryside leading on to the cliffs with glimpses of the sea on the horizon,
( roll matts / air beds are advisable, the field is rolled but is not an immaculate kept lawn )
CAMP FIRES are welcome with the use of our wheel rim camp fires (£30 deposit required) only wood bought on site ( standard local shop price) for burning with paper and firelighter to reduce fire risk.
THE SHOP for sign in and a FEW long life essentials, Art and Craft packs, and wood for the fire
TOILETS & FACILITIES There is 2 portaloos, a water point and 2 washing up sinks located in the camping field. With an additional flushing toilet, and 2 electric shower and sink area and a couple of charging points (leave at own risk) all at the main facility which is a short walk from the camping field (all cleaned daily)
LOCAL SHOP WITH COFFEE MACHINE AND SEATING 1 MILE AWAY
CAMPERVANS ETC & PARKING in dry weather one car per tent & campervans are allowed down in the main camping field but in wet weather we have a spot for campervans near the carpark (still secluded) and people are asked to leave their vehicles in the carpark
